I love guitars and have wanted to build for many years. Watching Robert O'Brien's Luthier Tips Du Jour on Youtube gave me hope that I might be able to do this someday. My motto with this endeavor is that mistakes will happen, and my best is good enough. The reality that I am not going to create perfect masterpieces was hard to overcome, but each day I work gives me practice telling myself that mistakes are okay, learning is fun, and experience is essential. My son started to build with me, hence Father and Son Lutherie.
